What is the timing of intraday real time charts?
09:15 AM to 03:30 PM (Monday to Friday) for equity markets
10:00 AM to 11:30 PM (Monday to Friday) for Commodity markets.
On Saturday, commodity charts run from 10:00 AM to 02:00 PM
Are the nifty future charts real time?
Yes, nifty future charts are absolutely real-time and live.
Is it necessary to refresh charts manually every time?
Not necessary, but please note that our charting system presently supports Firefox and Google chrome browsers only. So, for auto refresh option, please download and view charts in Firefox or Google chrome
However, Internet Explorer viewers can refresh charts manually by pressing F5
I’m unable to see today’s charts. Still yesterday’s charts are shown on the website.
This is the most common issue many viewers would face because of browser’s cache. Clear your browsers cache, close the browser and reopen as demonstrated below:

Click on "Tools" in the menu bar
Click on Options in the dropdown menu
Click on privacy tab
Select Remember History in the dropdown menu under "Firefox will"
Click on "Clear your recent History"
Select time range to clear as "1 day" or "today"
Check all the boxes and press Clear now
Close the browser, reopen the site and press F5 or refresh to see live charts.
For Google Chrome users:(Click here to download Google chrome browser)
Click on settings option which resides at the extreme right to the URL bar.
Select options tab in the drop down list
Select "Under the hood" option out of 3 options which are available at left pane.
First sub heading you could see is privacy and next to it 2 options, content settings and clear browsing data
Click on "clear browsing data".
Select Obliterate the following items from as "the past day"
Check mark on all options (leave last 2 options, passwords and form auto fill if required) and click on "clear browsing data"
Now close the browser, reopen the site and press refresh, F5 to see live charts.
For Internet Explorer (IE):
Click on Tools in the "menu bar"
Click on Internet options in the dropdown menu
By default it would be in "General" tab. If not, click on General tab
Click on Delete option under "browsing history"
Check the boxes for Temporary Internet Files, Cookies and History
Click on delete
Now close the browser, reopen the site and press refresh to see live charts.
End of the day (EOD) charts are updated regularly?
Yes, every night we update EOD charts for all stocks and commodity charts.
